**Off Shore & On Shore Job Categories:
1. Chief Cook (Arabic/Continental) = 20
=He directs and participates in the preparation and serving of meals; determines timing and sequence of operations required to meet serving times; inspects galley and equipment for cleanliness; and oversees proper storage and preparation of food.
2. Pastry Chef (Arabic only) =20
=is a station chef in a professional kitchen, skilled in the making of pastries, desserts, breads and other baked goods.
3. Asst. Pastry Chef (Arabic only) =10
=He assist pastry chef.
4. Industrial Laundry Man =25
=Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when required and complete wash cycles, folding of linen and correct storage. Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards and Greet guests in public areas and rooms in a warm and friendly manner.
5. Camp Boss (with HACCP Level 3 Certificate) = 12
=Responsible for operational activities in the camp or rig under his supervision, ensuring the daily good management of the location. Supervise and take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of HSE, Food Hygiene and Safety, HACCP, etc.
